Pros
Good entry-level production and engineering job for individuals looking to get into the field, or try a new career path; friendly, approachable peers who strive to help one-another succeed and grow; management is very open to feedback in regards to improvements or suggestions on production processes; excellent overtime possibilities; bi-yearly bonuses based on time worked and performance
Cons
Despite being open, and listening to employee feedback, management is often hesitant to take action outside of kind reassurance; Poorly maintained chain of command often has employees wasting time attempting to find a "responsible" party for solutions to work related issues; Interdepartmental cross training is almost non existent, generating confusion between what a customer has ordered and what/'how much' merchandise can be made. Ultimately this job suffers from a lack of discipline among its management staff. There is clearly an issue of objectively arbitrary job titles and a near equal number of individuals who are "bosses" to those who are entry level employees.
