Top management work culture too bad, transfers it to bottom level. They are literally treating everyone including seniors managers and also seniors operators like slaves. No work life balance . Salary no problem. Rules made like people not allowed to sit during 2-4pm. They believe only in hard and Gadha work no smart work. All good talented people left due to work culture and treatment. They tried lot to retain them by sometime even giving more than 50%hike but nobody want to return this company even if they get low salary job. This is my honest view atleast very true about there Pune factories in Shikrapur and Chinchwad. They even give big trouble for each and every activity even after living the company like clearing your PF. They have very good product but they can't capitalize on it due to lack of good people retention. We can see even in Canteen they serve good special food and snacks for top officials but poor food for managers Engineers and workers. Overall very bad work culture. I don't recommend at all unless if you have no job.
