Cons
Extremely toxic and unprofessional work environment. The owner displays aggressive and bullying behavior, treating employees more like subordinates or slaves rather than professionals. There is no respect for employee well-being or work-life balance. The director, who lacks any technical background, has to be consulted for every decision, no matter how minor, and insists on having things done his way — often causing delays, inefficiencies, and frustration among the staff. This micromanagement, especially from someone who doesn’t understand the technical aspects of the work, creates unnecessary roadblocks and a stifling work culture. There are no defined processes in place for anything — from basic operations to performance evaluations. Salary hikes are rare, delayed (often over a year), and highly inconsistent. Worse, when employees decide to resign, they are often wrongfully terminated instead of being allowed to serve their notice period professionally. This practice is unethical and creates significant stress and complications for those simply trying to move on. Overall, the lack of structure, professionalism, and basic respect for employees makes this a very poor place to work. Not recommended for anyone looking to grow in a healthy, respectful, and process-driven environment.
