Pros

-Coworkers are amazing -Snacks, beer in the fridge -Generous time off, summer hours, paid holidays -Stipend for WFH setup

Cons

-Overall, the lack of respect that comes from the top really casts a shadow over the entire company and is what became my breaking point. You can immediately tell when someone has been berated or verbally attacked by the CEO which then affects everyone around them. I'm not able to count how many times I caught coworkers crying, including myself and upper management, only to be told that, "I'm too sensitive, I have a great job at a great company, I'm not actually stressed since I didn't work here during the 2008 recession." -There are a lot of egos that work here. Good luck trying to mention gaps in a project plan or new product because you'll be told you're just not smart enough to understand - especially if you're a woman. -Career development is non-existent, you'll be told what role you're working in whether you want to or not. If not, expect a threat to be fired.

Pros

Fun atmosphere, great people and amenities. Fun work if you like analytics. Great for young professionals.

Cons

No growth potential whatsoever. They hire internally for new, higher up, positions without interviewing anyone. Very much “drink the kool aid” type where the 4-5 year employees are the only ones seen as valuable.
