Cons
Environment and culture is very BPO centric Depending on the team/role work life balance may get disturbed. This is not true for every role or team though. Very limited options for self development (in terms of trainings and certifications) Worst part could be favoritism. (Again this may vary based on the team) Another important con is employees could be with the same team for years. It doesn't seem like internal movement is an easy process.
