      Pros

      Work Life Balance! As a consultant, i'm allowed to adjust my schedule to see more of my family while balancing personal obligations. Salaries are competitive and they build very strong teams.

      Cons

      Organizationally, they are a bit tall. It is sometimes difficult to skip level a manager for discussion.
