      Pros

      It was awesome consulting firm to work when it was Hewitt or even after acqusition by AON.

      Cons

      It was awesome consulting firm to work when it was Hewitt , things changed post acqusition by Aon, Now it is sold to Blackstone and rebranded as Alight. Blackstone is a invest firm and they have no vision to run this long , they are in market and rumors are this that it is already sold to WIPRO BPO.
