Pros
Teams are top notch*, lots of flexibility, benefits (mostly HSAs, critical illness, 401k, FSA, DFSA, STD, LTD, etc. ) work from home, volunteering opportunities, several internal groups to network with/ grow, fun/outgoing culture, opportunities to grow your domain knowledge *very dependent on manager/team
Cons
Lower salaries but the flexibility could be an even exchange. Career opportunities can be hindered depending on clients needs/expectations. Not a huge fan of the cafeteria, luckily Whole Foods is near.
