Pros
Flexible, work from home culture; motivated to be forward-thinking; efforts to make internal communications less stuffy and more "cool"; decent benefits, i.e. 401k match after 1yr; inclusive culture, i.e. spotlight on LGBTQ+ employees during Pride Month. I'm extremely fortunate to have been involved with teams who have consistently supported my growth and career trajectory, though I know this is not the case company-wide.
Cons
Quality of your experience is tied to luck of the draw on what manager/team you're aligned with. Sometimes it's impossible to determine where to find answers. Internal portal extremely confusing/overloaded with unnecessary articles/info. Time off policies are just OK (and again is dependent on your role/manager)--standard 2wks to start, another week when you hit 5 yrs. Employee review process has improved recently, but requires grueling self-evaluation and a lot of attention around the holidays. Lots of focus on creating and achieving goals that may not even be relevant a couple months down the road. It's unhelpful and pretty useless.
