Pros
-Stellar client portfolio. You get to work with some of the best companies and brands in the world. -Going through a lot of changes with Blackstone's acquisition from Aon, which are providing opportunities for the ambitious. -Lot of flexibility to accommodate life at home. -Technology roadmap looks promising.
Cons
-Speed of rolling out technology updates was slow, but has been improving. New partnership with Wipro should expedite this.
