      - Very kind and smart people - Flexible working environment - Complex problems to solve - HUGE client portfolio some of the top of the top - Above Average Compensation - Good 401(k) match after a year

      - Lots of changes (a little scary for new hires) - Dated technology (working on improving this) - Virtual teams (good and bad)
