Exciting growth and continuous change, which drives opportunity. Leaders are experienced and hard working, but the environment is competitive and cutthroat outside the group of senior core leaders. Exciting to be a leading Workday partner and driving innovation within HR.
Cons
Challenges with strategic direction. Cutthroat environment where leaders are heads down marching forward without challenging or guiding their employees. CEO claims to want to be a top employee chosen company, but my experience and the reviews on Glass door do not support this claim- obviously not a priority. The CEO is driven, focused, hardworking, smart, and will do well for Blackstone, himself and his immediate team, but has less interest in the overall welfare of his employees. "Nice guy" would not be used to describe him as a leader.
