Pros
If you're looking to make a transition from the warehouse or out of retail and into corporate, this is the perfect opportunity.
Cons
If you're looking for a company that cares about employees and employee needs, look else where. Most of the things the recruiters tell you is false. Training was a complete waste of time. I worked there for six months and had no idea what I was doing or what I was talking about. I'm under the impression that nobody in the building has any idea what they're doing. New employees have to rely on their neighbors for training and information. Breaks are poorly scheduled, most lunches are breaks are scheduled in the first three hours of the work day. Simple task and process are made overly difficult for no reason. If someone does poorly on a misdirected call (that has nothing to do with you) it can hurt your score and prevent you from getting raises and bonuses. Absolutely zero growth opportunities.
