Pros
Remote work is a big plus and even before the pandemic there has never been an issue working from home. Great co-workers and managers make you want to excel.
Cons
The future of the organization is very uncertain. Entirely new leadership team that was brought on to get us to the point where we could go public. None of them inspire the confidence that they intend to be around long term and the question of what the company will be in the next few years has never been more unclear. Reliance on offshore support does not work and we are so lean that the company struggles to get people the support they need. Attrition is a real problem as people continue to leave for other external opportunities
