Pros
The only pro is that you get to work remotely.
Cons
You will be overworked while being underpaid. After about 2 months on the phone for one client, they threw me into training to take calls for another client. I went from taking 30 calls a day to taking almost 100. The calls were back to back and extremely overwhelming. I spoke with my manager and HR to see if I can stop taking calls for the added client and they basically told me “most people work for 5 clients, you’re lucky it’s only 2.” I asked if I could get a raise since I learned new skills with this new client and they said no. Raises are only given if you meet their ridiculous adherence and performance policies. This company does not care about their employees at all. The turnover rate is so high. I’ve been employed with them going on 2 years and from my 30 person training class only 3 of us remain.
