      Decent work culture and it’s fully remote

      Cons

      Pay is horrible. Because the company has done poorly for the last 2 years, there have been no performance bonuses granted to employees. Management changes so often because no one wants to deal with the inconsistencies and many changes. Unless you need a job and are desperate, protect your mental health and look elsewhere.
