Pros

Spring flexibility, nice colleagues on teams

Cons

Low pay, low merit increases, no bonuses at most lower levels except CS. Demanding from July to 2/1 can be up to 80 hours a week so lack of family balance during holiday breaks. Often have to work late hours, weekends, work when supposed to be on PTO. Run. Or take a job outside od their Operations group. New leader seems promising but not sure if it will work with alot of old mentalities still on board.
