      Pros

      You really get the sense that management is trying to right the ship and make the company profitable. Good non-cash benefits, PTO, most of the work force is virtual WFH with a liberal attitude towards work life balance. For example sick days can be used to take care of your kids, elderly parents, spouse. Health benefits are average.

      Cons

      The company's annual bonus and raises are unreliable. The advertised 15% bonus seems unachievable due to poor company financial performance. The company is heavily in debt, with declining revenues and yearly financial losses. Leadership continues to adjust performance targets, but it's never enough to meet the bonus criteria.
