      nothing good about the company

      Cons

      If you want to compete with the favorite leasing agent and the regional manager this is your place, they constantly harass employees, threaten with no payment, make you work Monday through Sunday and don’t let you take PTO when you need it, even if you’re sick.

      Communication between the field and head office could be stronger however, it is a newer company, and this is something that takes time to develope.
