Pros
Great food and snacks provided in the kitchen. Recruiters all seemed to get along. Office is very open and modern.
Cons
Management displays every ounce of office drama for sport. They will publicly fire you for no reason, and "walk you to the elevator". I worked there for 3 months and watched multiple people be walked out in front of everyone. They sell you DREAMS, but have no intention in following through with their promises. There are so many office politics it will make your head spin. They only care about meeting your numbers and you're forced to be constantly working. They give you a cell phone and you're expected to answer from 6 AM to 11PM or even later some times, if you don't (no matter the reason) you will be publicly embarrassed the next day at the team meeting. The two who work under the CEO make it very clear they hold all of the power and if you're not in with them....you are OUT. They are paying some recruiters $40K and working them like dogs. It is disgusting how that business operates. Save yourself and don't waste your time.
