Unstable. Not enough profit to support a healthy, appropriate income for this role or your growth. Unclear direction more often than not. No definitive breaks. A sense that month by month there will be immense changes: with scheduling, staffing, policies, insurance, and bigger work loads toppling over the same low pay. No sense of stability or genuine care. You are their inexpensive employee and that is unfortunately only implicitly confessed. On paper they will claim your peers and efforts are treated wonderfully.
