Teamwork is a real strength—both within teams and cross‑functionally—and I’ve been able to build strong, meaningful relationships across the firm. The firm makes a clear and consistent investment in its people through staff development, learning opportunities, ERG groups, and thoughtful office culture and activities that help create a sense of belonging. Leadership values collaboration and growth, and that shows in day‑to‑day interactions. Benefits are outstanding and very competitive, and overall there’s a genuine sense that employees are supported and valued, both professionally and personally.
Cons
Some work can be siloed, and it’s not always immediately clear who to go to for specific questions or how certain backend processes work. That said, once you find the right people and connections, things run very smoothly—so it’s more of a learning curve than a true downside.
