      Cons

      Highly experience workforce so you will face a slower career progression if you start at the Consultant level. This is why most people start at least at the VP level after an MBA

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
