Free lanch, flexible schedule, and unlimited pto. People are nice and kindly, except the CEO. Nice office equipped with air purifiers. good location.
Cons
I've never known how awful a person could be until I met the CEO of Aliya. This guy is an arrogant bad-tempered racist with no future vision. 1. He would throw you report papers around if it does make him satisfied, and insult/shame you face to face, definitely have no problems yelling around. 2. He'd like to hire people by race and for sure attacking your country if you're from developing countries. 3. The company under his leadership had sunk into the swamp. He doesn't know how to make good products, the solution was always to switch to a new business if the old one doesn't make a profit, wasting everybody's time.
