Avoid this IB - Employee Alkali Partners Employee Review

There is no reason to start working at Alkali. The firm preys on inexperienced grads or co-ops to work 90 hours a week for undermarket pay and no culture. There is no work/life balance and no one cares about you unless you produce. The company is mostly college interns with a few fulltime staff. Management only cares about results an all costs and micromanages staff heavily. There's no reward for working harder because all the money goes to line the CEOs pockets No culture- coworkers don't talk unless about work and there's no other perks.
