Really there are many great pros to the business. Fun friendly environment. If you like to travel and learn and meet new people this is the company to do so. They offer amazing hands on intense structural training along with many advancement opportunities!! It’s not just going into work and being with co workers. Yet it is like being apart of a family. When you don’t understand something they work with you and help you reach your fullest potential and help you reach your personal goals. They offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions including bonuses! It’s teuly focused around your growth and leadership!

This is a wonderful job for learning how to both better yourself and coach and mentor others. The program is essentially a entrepreneurship training course for sales offices, which is very lucrative, and it takes only about a year or less to graduate into your own office. Can't really beat the deal, honestly... Serrano is a fantastic person to work for. He always takes good care of his reps. The Team Leaders are all fantastic and helpful and the pay is great if you have an entrepreneur mindset and can learn to manage yourself as such...

We work in retail stores on the busy days (so mostly weekends). This is a sales position, at least to start out with, so we spend a ton of time just getting to know how to demo the services we are marketing before we even get out into the field to make that commission money... There are no benefits other than pay (which can be better than 90% jobs)
