Everything! If you're considering working here, I strongly recommend you think twice. In my experience, the work environment was highly toxic, with constant negativity from management that made it extremely difficult to remain productive or motivated. The leadership style felt oppressive, with harsh communication and frequent outbursts that created a stressful atmosphere. There was little to no support for employees, and it seemed like respect for workers was not a priority. The turnover rate during my time there was alarming, with many employees leaving within weeks, likely due to the overwhelming stress and lack of professional treatment. I personally found it nearly impossible to thrive under these conditions. If you're someone who values a respectful, supportive workplace, this isn't the place for you. While I hope the company can address these issues, based on my experience, I can't in good conscience recommend this as a healthy place to work.
