Pros

It's a job and you do get paid

Cons

Hired under a false pretense of work scope so that you agree to a lower salary. Then when you ask for a raise they try to discount you in some way to not give you the salary you deserve for the amount of work that is asked of you.

Pros

Flexible and Understanding Leadership: The leadership team is highly adaptable and empathetic, accommodating employees' varying needs and circumstances. Their open-minded approach fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment. Family/Work Life Balance Friendly: The company places a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life. Employees enjoy flexible working hours and policies that support family commitments, contributing to overall job satisfaction and well-being. Supportive Environment, Friendly Colleagues: The workplace culture is characterized by mutual support and camaraderie among colleagues. Employees benefit from an inclusive environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, leading to strong interpersonal relationships and a sense of belonging. Close Interactions with Leadership: The organizational structure allows for frequent and direct interactions with the leadership team. This accessibility fosters transparent communication, provides ample opportunities for mentorship, and ensures that employees' voices are heard and valued.

Cons

While remote work offers flexibility, it can also pose challenges in fostering personal connections among colleagues. Building a strong team cohesion and developing close-knit working relationships can be more arduous without regular face-to-face interactions. Operating as a small business, employees may need to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly to varying roles and responsibilities.
