Very Bad Management - Anonymous employee All Languages Employee Review

The owner of the company is a very difficult person to deal with, he has no soft skills at all (even with clients) and he doesn't listen to anyone. The heads of departments don't have any real power since the owner micromanages everything. The culture is very "authoritarian" because of the owner. If you like taking initiatives and take ownership of your work, then don't waste your time with this company.
