Pros

Working at All Natural Stone offers strong earning potential through sales, especially with high-ticket products like slabs and full kitchen projects, while also giving you valuable, hands-on experience in the construction and design industry. You gain knowledge of materials like granite, quartzite, and brands such as Cambria and Caesarstone, along with real-world exposure to warehouse operations and logistics, making you more well-rounded than a typical sales rep. The role also helps you build relationships with contractors, designers, and homeowners, strengthening your communication and client management skills.

Cons

One major downside of the role is not earning commission on the sales you generate, which can be frustrating since you’re still doing the work of building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue without directly benefiting from it financially. That can make the job feel less rewarding compared to other sales positions where effort is more clearly tied to pay. On top of that, having to work weekends can impact your work-life balance, especially when most people are off, making it harder to recharge or maintain a consistent personal schedule.

Pros

Great benefits, pay, 401K matching, etc. Very little micromanaging. They let you run your own design business within their business. No commission but very competitive salaries. Freedom to be creative and do your own thing

Cons

It is very hard to get a review with management. Management will avoid giving raises at all costs. Things are not the most organized and feels a tad unprofessional. They don't show this to clients though and keep the disorganization to a minimum within the company.
