Pros
Very flexible, choose your own schedule and hours. You do meet and greets to meet the family you may work with. Mostly pediatric patients. Good pay depending on your case.
Cons
Minimal sick time/PTO. Easy to get burnt out being in the family’s home for long hours, several days a week. Some family’s/environments can be very difficult to work with.
