Pros

Pros: • Valuable Experience: A great opportunity to build your resume and gain hands-on experience. • Supportive Colleagues: A few coworkers, including three male colleagues and the woman in accounting, were genuinely kind and helpful. • Skill Development: Learned a lot about video production in just three months, making it a good learning experience. • Decent Lunch Breaks: Employees get a full one-hour lunch break, which is a nice perk.

Cons

Low Pay: Compensation is below industry standards, making it difficult to justify the workload. Forced Insurance Policy: Employees are required to pay for company-provided insurance or risk losing their pay raise, which feels unfair and coercive. Discriminatory Culture: Homophobic attitudes are present in the workplace, making it an unwelcoming environment for LGBTQ+ employees. Toxic Management: Leadership is narcissistic, dismissive of employee concerns, and lacks basic empathy. No HR Department: There is no dedicated HR team, leaving employees without a proper channel to address workplace issues or seek conflict resolution. Wasted Effort & Poor Communication: Management assigns tasks without clear direction, then rejects work without constructive feedback, leading to wasted hours and frustration. Toxic Work Environment: The overall culture is stressful, unprofessional, and draining, making it a difficult place to grow or thrive.
