Shabby equipment, large fleet and not enough mechanics. 5. High employee turn over rate. When work is slow owners would rather fire the employee for somthing than lay off. 5. 40hr work week is not guaranteed. When work is slow hrs are cut even more. 6. Low moral due to owners acting hostile to employees and new safty manager who will fire anyone for anything without warning and has gone as far as lying to make it happen if he happens not to like you.
