Pros
has okay pay as a shop employee, but not neccessarily admirable. decent annual bonus after 2 fiscal years as an employee. company bbqs, bowling days, and donut days provided fairly frequently. the work is good in certain departments, not so good in others (monotony will set in) if morale is good, work is good. if work is steadily coming in, the work is good. - you can blast music - you (can)not wear earbuds - once you are good at your job, you can turn off your brain and you basically teleport home.
Cons
the forklift driver will yell at you for what is usually no reason at all, very negative guy. but very good at his job. some undeserving cocky individuals will talk your ear off at break hours can be manipulated by upper management with little warning old school employer. if you are remotely lazy, you become disliked very quickly. sometimes unrealistic demands from sales. (doesn't affect employees, but does affect any manager, and can alter their morale, and in turn, the employee's morale).
