      Pros

      Some great reasons of why All Star Management Group is an awesome place to work is there is unlimited growth. The management training program teaches you everything you need to know from the entry level to management positions. Also, what I really enjoyed with their company is it is a fun work environment and they do not go by seniority all promotions are based off performance.

      Cons

      Truthfully, I couldn't really name any cons with this company. Everything is based on your attitude and performance and they offer a great opportunity with growth and advancement with management positions.
