Pros

You get to work on out in the field on your own more so. Competitive pay. Medical, dental and vision are all provided and good coverage.

Cons

You are over monitored by management and politics is a norm. The time off arrangement isn't very good. Sick, holiday, and vacation are combined up into pto together and are very slow to accumulate. 1 week total for all in the 1st year of employment, then 2 weeks pto for several more years.

Pros

This is a genuinely great place to work, with a strong, positive culture across both leadership and staff. The team is supportive, collaborative, and made up of people who care about doing their jobs well and helping each other succeed. While the operation is large and the work can be demanding at times, it is also very rewarding. A standout is the leadership, especially at the operations level. Management provides clear direction without micromanaging and sets realistic, achievable deadlines. There is a strong emphasis on coaching and development rather than criticism, which creates an environment where employees feel supported and motivated to grow. Leadership is approachable and available—whether you need help working through a challenge, an extra set of hands on a project, or simply guidance and mentorship. Overall, it’s a culture built on respect, teamwork, and accountability, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work experience.

Cons

The scale and pace of the operation can be demanding at times, which may not be ideal for everyone
