Pros

I met some incredible people and learned a lot about corporate America but also client relationships, Excel, agency life, and how hard you need to work to make things happen but it is all possible. The office is really cool and although it's in an unconventional location, I think it's part of the All Terrain flare.

Cons

It seems like there are a few people who work day in and day out and a few who wait to be told what to do and sit on Facebook or read the news for the rest of the time. It seems very uneven. It was disheartening to know I would be working late into the night and my paycheck would be the same as always, no reward, no half day, nothing, and someone who sat on instagram all day got to go home and their paycheck will be bigger than mine.
