Small Company with Big company talent, and an aggressive business strategy with a plan on how to achieve results. The company has a clear vision for growth, and shares it with all team members. The quarterly company wide events are just one way that the owners show their appreciation for everyone, and their respective family members.
Cons
Office / shop location. Although the North Valley is on the rise, recruiting talent to commute can be a challenge. The main office is at max capacity, which is encouraging because of the growth. However, limited space can present problems especially for key personnel that will require a more private setting to work in.
