Decent benefits. The boss was never there on Fridays or Mondays during the summer. Got a pair of free workbooks every 2 years.
Cons
Allans glass (AWW) has a terrible culture, no communication, over worked and under paid. Low salary and zero appreciation from upper management for working hard and actually caring about the work we do. Upper management talks big but has no follow through. The project managers have too many projects to focus on proper project management techniques and most of the guys in the shop are total jerks (there are a few who are really nice though). The project managers are pretty much the punching bag for the whole company and are forced to do everything from deliveries, to administration. This place is a joke and will surely be out of business soon. Good riddance.
