We are very pleased to hear you believe our new head of engineering will help develop and maintain a healthy culture for the engineering department. As part of our ongoing efforts, every All Campus manager just completed an interactive Sensitivity and Unconscious Bias training conducted by a third-party HR trainer. Likewise, Human Resources will be providing extensive diversity and sub-conscious bias training to the entire workforce.
More to your specific points, our engineering team has prioritized establishing a career ladder so that each team member transparently understands where they are on the ladder, and what they need to do, to continue to develop and achieve career milestones. More importantly, the team’s focus is ensuring managers listen to feedback, provide ongoing team support, and live All Campus’ Core values of ‘Embrace Curiosity’ and ‘Show Kindness’.
