It’s rewarding to know my work supports social good and makes a difference in students’ lives. • Joyful Customer Interactions: It’s always uplifting to see the happy faces of students when they receive their orders. Those moments make the effort worthwhile. • Valuable Learning Experience: The role offers a strong learning curve, especially in building trust through outreach and negotiation. It’s fulfilling to develop these skills while genuinely helping others. • Competitive Compensation: The company offers a solid base salary paired with performance-based bonuses. This incentivizes us to help more students and successfully close every order, making the work both rewarding and motivating.

Seasonal Lull Periods: There are a couple of slower months each year when demand drops and incentives can be harder to achieve. During these times, I have to rely mainly on my base pay. However, this only happens for about two months per year and is manageable overall.
