1yThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your time in our apprenticeship program did not meet your expectations. At AllTech, we are committed to providing meaningful opportunities for growth, and it’s clear that in your case, we fell short.
Our apprentice program is designed to provide both technical training and real-world experience—including aspects of customer communication and service recommendations, which are essential parts of a successful technician’s role in the field. We understand, however, that this approach may not align with everyone’s goals or expectations.
We also want to clarify that AllTech does not delete or filter reviews. We welcome all feedback—positive or negative—as it helps us grow and improve.
