They offer great salary along with health coverage. They treat employes well and has developed a sound model of outsourcing business.

Lack trust in employes and fails to communicate their goal and vision. They do have an idea of their business model but havent been able to execute it properly.

Great salaries. Above market. You get paid justly for your skills.

Internal office politics. Favoritism should be curtailed.
