Pros
The pay is good and the managers are solid overall, you get 50% discount which can be used for other people and the shirts and shoes are amazing, plus you get a pair free every quarter. Things are pretty chill and the products are easy to understand and sell
Cons
Negotiating hours is a struggle especially if you need a full time which only management gets. No health coverage or anything eiher. the environment is minimalist so there's nothing to look at and you cann't sit, so things get boring fast when times are slow
