Pros
-One free pair of shoes every quarter -50% discount for employees -The stores are very high end and clean -Break rooms are very nice and are stocked with free snacks
Cons
-Clear lack of discipline amongst employees (there were people constantly calling out at the last minute in my store and they faced no repercussions as well as certain employees being lazy and not doing their job) -The company itself is dealing with a class action lawsuit that has effected every aspect of the company's operations from the retail stores to upper management -Management is extremely stingy about giving hard working employees opportunities to be promoted -There are very clear and obvious signs in the store that employees and even management form cliques and are more inclined to prefer working with certain employees more than others -The scheduling system that the company recently started using (storeforce) is very poorly designed and is not user friendly at all -Hours have been significantly cut for non-management positions -The store leader in my store values people who for lack of a better term are teacher's pets more than employees who work hard and don't seek any validation
