      Leadership was supportive and VP of Sales was a great teacher. Received valuable sales experience for resume.

      Cons

      Extremely competitive industry. Small company and not enough inbound interest to warrant a long term career home.

      Pros

      There are very few pros here. When the owners are away from the office work actually gets done. Not because the employees are lazy but because the owners are incesent with their eronious constant questioning. If all your employees are so bad and your so great I wonder why you have not been able to figure out how to actually run a company so you can retain employees.

      Cons

      The owners are the problem. Listen, I have been here for a short time but I will tell you I should have read these reviews before I took this position. Rats in snake suits. The owners pepper CHARLOTTE with their charity efforts which should sound good but it is all a cover up. They do not and can not have a soul given some of the things they have done to their employees
