This is a great place if you're just out of college or a masters degree and starting your career. Lots of room to grow, solid pay. If you're a mid to senior professional, however, this is not the place for you. Senior management is morally and ethically bankrupt. Their way or the highway. Nothing remotely resembling constructive criticism will be well received. Keeping your head down and minding your own business is the only way to survive here.
