Cons
The workplace culture is extremely toxic. The pay is not worth the constant abuse from customers over the state of the company as a whole, incorrect/late/missing orders. It's not worth the work load load, the constant micromanagement and the meetings over the slightest of percieved infractions. The management pivots staff against eachother, allows the weaponisation of HR processes for harassment, and then sweeps true harassment under the rug when it occurs. The management constantly micromanages with unrealistic expectations while refusing to actually work with other departments to improve the processes that make customer service so difficult. If you're a young person, or a person who doesn't have workplace values that belong in the last century, don't work here. Diversity and inclusion is very poor.
