Very few careers help you to become your best self while helping others to do the same. The people working at Allegis really do care about their clients and strive to become the best financial professionals. I look up to and respect many who work there.
Cons
Difficult to start a practice from scratch. Sometimes it seems like the agents work in silos and in competition with each other.
