Micro-management - Technical Recruiter Allegis Group Employee Review

Pay is way too low for complete night shift. Shift allowance is too low.Too much of micro management in IT recruitment teams. New leads are very less experienced in leadership qualities and try to boss around with senior staffs. Leaves are a big problem. Too much of random hiring and no one cares to retain the senior staffs. Hence quality of work has drastically reduced.The environment has rapidly changed and the work culture is not good anymore. And now they are even charging for the one time food they claimed to be perks and benefits. They raised the pay but stopped deducting money for medical benefits and that means there hasn't been any raise at all.
